#40 vcf-validator .gz error

vcf-validator expecting/crashing gzip format in non gzip file.

I'm guessing that the bug is looking for ".gz" in the filename and not requiring it to be at the end of the filename.

For a non-gzipped file:

gzip: clinvar_20130118.vcf.gz.pathogenic.cancer.txt.vcf: not in gzip format
