Downloadvbtrack is a software package for dividing organelle or particle tracks into Brownian and motor-driven intervals by variational maximization of the Bayesian evidence. Either particle velocity or directional persistence can be used to detect the number of states and the characteristics of each state at each frame of a particle track.
