#15 Lowercase filenames caue problems

Hi there.
I noticed, that all image-filenames are saved lowercase,
but the html files are searching for the uppercase
filenames. The problem with my webhoster is, that he
differentiate between lower- and uppercase. Any chance
you can change this, or is it just a wrong setting in my
config?

btw: Great program. Finally i found a good way to create
hlp files. ;)
