#51 Fixed license terms in many files

This patch fix license terms issues in many files, I put the terms in the missing ones, update many files, included COPYING (gpl-2.0.txt), COPYING.LESSER (lgpl-2.1.txt), LICENSE (based in License.txt), AUTHORS and README (based in ReadMe.MFC.txt) in the top of directory. I think it's more like a good practice of FSF (and also debian dev).

It also includes the #49 patch too (fix-year_copyright.patch).

Better patch, with the way you use diff and patch (a and b).

Edit: Now i get it, you need to enter a/ and apply patch with -p1, now it creates the news files. There is only one file that failed to apply patch, trunk/po/wxvbam/wxvbam.pot.

cd a
patch -p1 < ../fix-license_and_terms-2.patch
