#27 Add non-toggle autofire to A, B, L, and R
What's currently implemented for autofire is a toggle button (defaulting to Alt+1, Alt+2, etc.). What's missing is the option to hold down a button and autofire A, B, L, or R only while the button is held down, similar to the turbo button (can be held down, or toggled).
