#195 Current OSX Build - can't open user configuration file.

Hey there! First of all, thanks for keeping VBA alive, and thanks for the valiant effort to get a new mac release out!

I decided to give the latest compile a go, and it's running emulation but there is a constant error message. I'm not sure if I missed something- But, here's some information you may find handy addressing this.

OS X Version: 10.11.1 OS X El Capitan
Error Message: can't open user configuration file. (upon expanding the report there is a 2nd message; "error 2: No such file or directory)
XQuartz was just loaded on the machine with the most current release

I patiently await your feedback and/or next mac compile :)

Hello, I already answered that in issue #204, but in case you're interested, just create manually missing directory it tries to save configuration:

mkdir ~/Library/Application\ Support/vbam

in terminal and you should be good.
