I have almost completed version 0.2, its taking longer than I thought because of the level editor and I have been busy but it's almost done.

Pre-alpha 0.1 of my rpg is available with source. Its not very good but you may want to look at it anyway. It includes the tile engine, collision detection, movement and more.
