Could you please provide some more information, e.g.the error thrown.
If possible, could you please save the regarding network as gml file and
provide it to us?
Would it make it easier to solve the problem.
Thanks!

Hi,
I have installed SBGN-ED plugin and while trying to save us sbgn, it
creates a empty file with a name and throws an error.
When you download a model from the Biomodels database it is visualized in Vanted in a generic style.
If you want to save it as .sbgn file, you have to translate it to SBGN first.
1) Load a model from Biomodels database
2) Go to SBGN-ED tab -> Tools, Click "Translate SBML to SBGN"
3) optional: do some layout and adapt the compartment shapes
4) Save as .sbgn file
Regards,
Tobias

Dear Tobias,
When I load a model from Biomodels database and layout them on Radial tree I wasn’t able to save them as “.SBGN”.
As requested, I have attached the gml file for your reference also the screen shot of the error.
Hope this helps.
with thanks,
Venkat
