the part describing:
"Valgrind has the following limitations in its implementation of
x86/AMD64 floating point relative to IEEE754."

Your problem might be caused by the above.
Then if you can recompile the complete executable, you might be more
lucky by only using 64 bits floats (using SSE only) and
avoid the 80 bits floats.
