#9 cvs login throws unsatisfiedlink except.

When I installed vaj2cvs the first time (as stated in
the docs under ide\tools\vaj2cvs, I tapped into the
same pitfall as the others.
As I created ide\tools\vaj2cvs\vaj2cvs and put all the
class files in there, the menues showd up.

But trying to cvs login, an exception (see in Summary)
was thrown. After digging around I figured out, that
you must mark the "IBM ide utility class libraries"
project as "default Project" to get the right
classpath for the cvs applications.

We're running VAJ 3.0.2

Please correct the installation docs (and please put
in the directory corrections in there, too)

I modified the readme re. install location.

I do not see the linking problem in VAJ 3.5 and VAJ 4.0. So
if you write up a few lines on the resolution of the problem
(what menus to use maybe), I would also comment on that in
the readme.
