Hmm... sounds like the upgrade toasted... contact your intel
representative for the special 'bios recovery floppy' and instructions
on how to recover your toasted bios

Subject: [Vacm-develop] BMC upgrade
Hi,
I want to run VACM on an Intel L440GX+. I have tried to upgrade
the
BMC firmware on the motherboard from 0.9? to 1.14 as stated on the VACM
Users and Programmers Manual (section 5.2.27). The upgrade seems to run
correctly, however it freezes at the end and now there is no more
activity
on the motherboard. Even the BIOS doesn't start. The whole setup was
running perfectly with Red-Hat 6.2 prior the upgrade. Does anyone
enconter
this problem and did you find a solution?=20
