[Vacm-develop] APC stuff

Hey folks,

Heard that the APC additions to VACM are being put aside, a casuality of 
VA laying off it's Software Engineering team.  Any idea if APC is planning 
to look for someone to do some better support outside of VACM?  Linux
could still use it, despite VA's problems.
