when attempting to compiler under the 2.4.5 kernel,
receive an error message saying that there aren't
enough arguments for the video_register_device calls.
I don't know if this is new to 2.4.5 particularly, but
it is very easy to fix. A single int has been added to
the end of the function call in the new kernel
headers. I have no clue what this new int does, but
forcing its value to '0' compiles and runs perfectly
fine (so far - tv been running for 10 mins so far under
xawtv)
