Program crashes or doesn't work?

In version 1.0 there are some little bugs. "Check for update" window appears to be Not Responding. Just download the latest version to get rid of this issue.
If this is not your issue please email me details about the bug or create a new issue.

I can not submit problem. Page is not loading.

Click on Clear Cache link on the bottom-right side on the submit page. It will remove the Temporary Internet files and Cache data of your Internet Explorer browser. If this doesn't work open your Internet Explorer and clear Cache and Temporary Internet files manually.

How can I reset zoom on progress tracker graph?

Right click on the graph and select Reset Set Scale to Default option. It will reset the zoom level. Also you will find other options for viewing graph here.

What is the Rank Cloud for?

Rank cloud is just a funny way to view how your ranks scramble around the problems. The X Axis of this graph stands for ranks and Y Axis for problems. From this graph, you can easily understand where your average ranks are in different problems that you solved.
