I vaguely recall this patch. I think the problem was that UTPLSQL was good
for testing packages, procedures and functions but not types. I think I
used some of this stuff for testing a library ( http://sourceforge.net/p/oraclelib/wiki/Home/) that had lots of types in
it. Sorry can't remember much more, have not developed anything in PL/SQL
for the last 5 years.
