Since description column in utr_outcome has type
varchar2(2000),
utAssert.eqQuery with long query statemens will fail.

i had to change 2 files to truncate description to 2000
characters.

log_utassert_before_changes.log - log before changes with error ""ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small.
