#17 host-skas3 for 2.6.3 through 2.6.5

This patch has been working for me on 2.6.3 and I just
applied to 2.6.5 and all looks good. I took Bryan
O'Sullivan's' 2.6.0-test3 fixup from
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.uml.devel/1680 and
cleaned up the fuzz and rejects. Any credit due me is
basically that I can read .rej files & type them back
in the correct place ;)
