[uml-devel] cvs checkins

I've checked in the fixes to the block driver.  "dd if=/dev/ubd/0 
of=/dev/null" no longer causes hangs, and dbench no longer causes file 
corruption.

At the request of Daniel Phillips, I'm also maintaining a patch against the 
latest cvs as uml-patch-latest.2.4.0-test11.  It's available from the project 
download page.
