It's not in CVS.  It might be relative to one of the other patches
I've been floating around.  That would be my guess.

Anyway, that particular patch is no great prize.  Is there some reason
you particularly want it?

I'm going to release that change in test10, but just as cleanup.  I've
banged on it and it seems fine, and it reduces stack usage a little,
but it doesn't really fix anyone's problems.
