I merged in Rusty's patches, which give uml a complete config process for the 
first time and which export enough symbols to allow loading the netfilter 
stuff as modules, which I'm sure all of you have been waiting impatiently for.

I also fixed a couple of irq bugs.  As a result, the virtual ethernet driver 
seems better behaved.
