	Just in case you're thinking that CVS is newer than the latest
patch, I have it on _very_ good authority (Jeff's sitting next to me
at the Ottawa Linux Symposium) that CVS and the patch are identical right
now.
	The firewall probably needs outgoing access to port 2401/tcp for
you to be able to access cvs.
