[User-mode-linux-devel] test3 checkins

The test3 changes are checked in to CVS.  Nothing major changed.  There were 
little things like locking changes, a devfs interface change, and a field 
change in the task structure.

I also removed the uaccess macro debugging message from segv.  It seemed to 
bother people, plus I'm convinced that those macros are pretty much working.
