[uml-devel] Updated Epoll and Vector Network Driver

Hi Richard, hi list,

Attached is an updated and rebased versus 4.13 patchset for the
Epoll based IRQ controller and Vector Network driver.

I have been running a backport to OpenWRT/kernel 4.4 since around
May and I have not found any bugs so far. It appears stable and
performs up to 3-4 times better than the existing UML network and
IO.

New in this patchset:

1. VNET header support and checksum offloads in the raw socket
transport.
2. Scatter/Gather has been folded into the main vector patchset.
