Kind of. semctl() fails for whatever reason.

semget(IPC_PRIVATE, 1, IPC_CREAT|0600)  = 32769
semctl(32769, 0, IPC_64|SETVAL, 0xbfa05178) = -1 EINVAL (Invalid argument)
semctl(32769, 0, IPC_64|IPC_RMID, 0xbfa05158) = -1 EINVAL (Invalid argument)

Apache2 works here fine...
