#58 2.6 host skas patch

I'm not qualified to judge "correctness", but Bryan
O'Sullivan posted a 2.6.0-test3 host skas3 patch at

That's been working for me in 2.6.0 and seems to apply
ok in 2.6.1-mm2. It would be nice to have it included
in the host packages section here if it looks good to you.
