Found a solution that worked for me on this.

Stop/Kill the app
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data
Delete the USB Wireless Security folder
Start the app

Folder is recreated with default settings, and works fine after that.

I also deleted "%APPDATA%\Usb Wireless Security" and it worked.
So we can assume that the software works correctly on a
clean installation.
Wondering if the authors didn't have this problem or made a
check. Oh well.
