What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start USB Loader
2. Select Wario Ware Smooth Moves Pal
3. Press Disk Icon
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game loading.
The screen remains black instead.
What revision of the USB Loader GX are you using?
rev471
On what operating system (IOS/Firmware)?
System Menu 4.0U, CIOS 249 rev13b
Please provide any additional information below.
The game boots and work fine using Waninkoko SD/USB loader 1.5 under the
same wii.

I did that. In fact no game boots in my wii if the network is initialized.
Now I downgraded CIOS 249 to rev12 to elude the "Return to Wii Menu" bug, but the
situation is the same, of all games I have, Wario Ware Smooth Moves is the only one
that doesn't boot with USB Loader GX.
The strange thing is that it boots fine with Waninkoko's loader.
I have no special video options for this game, either.

It doesn't work for me. I'm now on rev.695 and Wanin's cIOSv14 and I'm still get a
back screen on launch. It still work fine with Wanin's SD/USB Loader 1.5 with the
same disk image, so I don't suspect the disk image. What could I be doing wrong? I
deleted the global and game settings, but still no joy.

I finally got it to work. Even if the game is PAL and my wii is NTSC U, the video
mode in GX should be left on "Disk Default" for this game.
