#2403 Horizontal scaling options request

Would it be possible to add an option similar to SwissGC where you can adjust the horizontal scale on Wii games? Especially a 1:1 option? I know there are similar options for it for Nintedont but I'd like to be able to use it for Wii games. I attached a comparison image to show what difference it makes.
