#2399 Can not install game from Game Disc

[Pitupong Kliangsan]

i try to install Wii Party(J) from my disc test from 1239 to 1272 found when start install it imdeiatly show 100% not transfer any data, disc spin, cannot canel must to turn-off and turn-on Wii.
Wii 4.3J with cIOS 249,250 and 251. i test with another disc like We Ski(U), Animal Crossing(J) and Harvest Moon got same problem.
any sugestion ?
