#2349 Hard drive free space being shown incorrectly in 1265+

Hard drive free space being shown incorrectly on the main screen and was introduced in 1265. Running 1262 correctly shows 441.23 Gb of 455.98 Gb hard drive space free, 1265, 1267 and 1268 versions all show strange data - 1895076069376.00 GB of 1958439 - the rest is truncated.

Just confirming this issue on Revision 1268 with a 320 GB Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex drive. USB Loader GX reports "103713488896.00GB of 12373453" above the game count. The issue appears to be aesthetic only, and does not seem to affect operation or play in any way.

No, but as the bug doesn't interfere with the ability to play games, I haven't been overly concerned with it. Given that Revision 1268 is pretty darned stable (and knowing that I don't play my old Wii games very much these days), I haven't bothered with testing newer releases.

Hopefully the devs will address it eventually. But if not, I'm still appreciative to them for not having to dig through boxes in the attic for my game CD's. 🙂
