maybe it's a video mode issue. I changed how video mode were selected since 3.0 (1180), and you said it's a PAL game on USA console, maybe you don't have "use disc" as video mode setting.
well, if it works for you with an old version, that's good as long as you don't need newer features.

thanks! only option selected in this kirby game as "force ntsc". all the other options is default of usb loader gx. the usa version dont works for me. this version (1180) works great for me. :)

That's your issue.
If you launch a PAL game, don't tell the loader to use NTSC.
the best option is "Disc default" to use the video mode corresponding to the game you are launching.

I fix the problem using this old version of USB Loader: http://sourceforge.net/projects/usbloadergx/files/Releases/v3.0/USBLoader_GX_V3_0_AllinOnePackage_IOS249.zip/download Kirby runs perfectly now
