#2328 Homebrew Launch list issue

While using Homebrew Launcher I've noticed that it's listing every single .dol/.elf file stored in the SD card's apps folder. This becomes an inconvenience when cycling through pages and pages of .dol's that aren't specifically the app's main boot.dol. As is the case with apps like RetroArch where it has 20+ dol files that are associated with RetroArch but aren't the main dol. It also recognizes them regardless of what the .dol/.elf file is named, and it'll even find the ones that are hidden away in subfolders.

If something could be done about this it would be truly appreciated.

retroarch is also the thorn in my side😂
