#2323 EXCEPTION DSI OCCURED when loading ssbb

When ever I click on Super Smash Brothers Brawl the disc tray on the Wii shines neon blue for a few seconds and then I get a DSI error.

I've installed a bunch of CiOS's from guides for similar problems but nothing is working. Is this an error on my part? Or is it simply just fucked

forgot to mention that I have used hermes 222 and d2xios249 and ios249rev17.

update the loader (new revision 1260 available from update menu)
update d2x cIOS (be sure to use d2x v8 or v10, with base56 or 57)
try to redump SSBB.
