i have a problem with usb loader gx involving the screen getting frozen on the initializing usb screen, i have updated to the most recent version so i really don't know whats happening. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
let me imagine what you have (as you DIDN'T report any bug properly, no info, nothing) :
vWii
d2x cIOS v10-alt (beta53)
Western Digital USB3.0
Am I right?
This is a known issue, and I don't know why it happen.
It's fixed by updating the Western Digital HDD firmware.
You can also (not 100% of the time) fix it by installing cIOS d2x v10 beta52 (NOT alternative version)
If you want to help, there's a thread on gbatemp.net
But I really don't know what's wrong or where to start looking to fix it.

I have the same issue with an sdhc card plugged in using a card reader (still waiting on that sd:/wbfs support)
It only happens occasionally, though, and only when returning directly from a game. I have no problems at all on initial startup. I haven't tested yet if there's an issue with the reader going to sleep after a certain period, but this could be something to check for when restarting. Or would there be a way to do a quickboot on restart without all the rechecking?
My install:
Wii (old version with bootmii in boot2)
d2x v10 (52) in both slots 249 & 250
