CHECK IF YOUR ISSUE ALREADY EXISTS BEFORE MAKING A NEW ONE. "USE SEARCH".
Are you requesting a new feature? If so, use the search button. The odds
are, we have already had a request for this feature several times. If this
is a duplicate of a past feature request, be prepared for a rude response.
If your issue is about anything that happens after a game has started,
don't even bother posting it. Once the game has started, the loader is
done. Any issues from this point on are to do with your HDD, the IOS, the
game, or the wii. We cannot fix them.
DON'T MAKE ISSUES ABOUT A CERTAIN GAME NOT WORKING- If the game starts and
then messes up, re-rip it, try different settings, different IOS. But
don't make an issue about it. It will be deleted.
Please give here as much information as you can.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What revision of USB Loader GX are you using? (exact number, don't say
"latest")
On what operating system (IOS/Firmware/System)?
Please provide any additional information below.
Note: Please avoid attaching too big files if not really needed.

OK, so seriously screw googl code. Everytime I press the down button it submits. So I'm just going to post in the comments section the information.
Please give here as much information as you can.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to use usb3 flash drive in port 0.
2. Wait for it to get to the point where it says "initalizing usb device." It then says waiting for hdd:-9 seconds.
3. Claims it cannot see the drive.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It actually mounting the drive as wiiflow can mount the drive, and so can wiimc.
What revision of USB Loader GX are you using? (exact number, don't say
"latest")
On what operating system (IOS/Firmware/System)?
v3.0 ([r1180])/[r1239]
IOS 249, firmware 4.2. Filesystem is ext2 have tried ext3, and ext4 with similar results.
Please provide any additional information below.
Note: Please avoid attaching too big files if not really needed.
I have a single partition on the device and it continues on doing this and never mounts the damned thing.

It happens with [r1180] too ?
a lot of users reported this issue only starting at [r1219] with USB3.0 and specific hard drives.
doest it happen only with ext partition format, or any drives ? (fat32/ntfs/wbfs)
does it happens only with USB3.0 drives or with 2.0 too?
Please, have a look here for other reports and beta tests:

I was using a usb3.0 flash drive, which was the whole reason I even got one, was because usb2.0 drives are normally slower than the max that the wii's dvd drive could do.
I guess I'll try a plain-old usb2.0 hard drive(it's an older on that is powered/communicates through the same port) since I don't know why the loader won't work when the homebrew works just fine. They all do, with fat32, and ext2/3/4 works fine on mplayer ce/wii media player.
