#2291 Nintendont exit/reset combo issue

Wii 4.3U

When loading directly through Nintendont [r220] loader, the combo works perfectly.

This should be addressed to nintendont thread, but it's NOT a bug.
This is the normal nintendont behavior.
If you use native control, it disable all emulated controllers (and button combo, HID, bluetooth, etc.).

About the freeze, try other nintendont version.
