CHECK IF YOUR ISSUE ALREADY EXISTS BEFORE MAKING A NEW ONE. "USE SEARCH".

Are you requesting a new feature?  If so, use the search button.  The odds are, we have already had a request for this feature several times.  If this is a duplicate of a past feature request, be prepared for a rude response.

If your issue is about anything that happens after a game has started,
don't even bother posting it.  Once the game has started, the loader is done.  Any issues from this point on are to do with your HDD, the IOS, the game, or the wii.  We cannot fix them.

DON'T MAKE ISSUES ABOUT A CERTAIN GAME NOT WORKING-  If the game starts and then messes up, re-rip it, try different settings, different IOS.  But don't make an issue about it.  It will be deleted.

Please give here as much information as you can.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start up Wii with 500 GB HDD inserted, as well as 4 GB SDHC (it works for me)
2.Start up HBC
3.Start up USB Loader GX (latest version, don't know which number off the top of my head)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output: USB Loader GX loads. What I see instead? A crash dump.

What revision of USB Loader GX are you using? (exact number, don't say
"latest")
On what operating system (IOS/Firmware/System)?

Dunno off the top of my head. You don't want me to say the latest, but that's what I'm using.

Using the Multi-Mod Manager, I switched from a different OS (I think it said IOS250) to IOS249, and it still crashed. I'm using a fully softmodded Wii (painfully obvious, I know).

Please provide any additional information below.
Note: Please avoid attaching too big files if not really needed.

As far as I know, it's because I deleted the 2 .cfg files in the USB Loader folder. I'll add them to the folder via an archived version, to see if that was what the issue is, but if it is that, you should get that issue fixed (maybe make it so that the Loader generates those files if they're not there (if it doesn't already)).

You didn't provide any version number at all, should I use my crystal ball to know if you are using the "latest stable" or "latest beta"?
You didn't provide the crash dump either, so I can't check what's wrong.

try different version and revision or the loader and see which specific version doesn't work, debug a little by yourself (try different things), like different cIOS version/revision/base, with/without the HDD connected, launched from HBC/Forwarder.

The resources are the files and themes located on your Wii (Wii theme, Wii font).
if it crash at that point, it could be a cIOS problem, or a Theme problem (you didn't install a custom theme, did you? if you did, install default theme before trying again)

Please, take the time to make a proper report with detail not from the top of your head.

Found out what was wrong. It was because I deleted the global config file. Just curious, does USB Loader GX automatically generate the config files?

How do you generate the crash dump for viewing? Is it just a text file in the root folder? Without details, I can't give you what you need. Also, I'm more or less a noob to the coding scene. And it was the latest stable, as far as I know. Version 3.0 [r1180]. Is that the stable one, or the beta version?
