It would be possible to implement the plugin system that has Open Wiiflow MOD. especially mplayerCE.
To use this great loader to play and watch our movies on the hard drive, is a marvel. especially to see the covers of the movies like that we see in games.

    Installing each plugin manually or using plugin packages like that from WiiFlow.

    But both have pro and contra:

    Manually /seperate installing plugins:
    Pro: USBLoaderGX and other tools can use them all
         Plugins auto Update is working fine

    Contra: Installation is sometimes a littlebit tricky.

    Using Plugin Packages:
    Pro: Easy to do and easy to install and maybe best configurated for this Loader

    Contra: Plugins are only usable by this loader
            Plugins auto update feature may not work at all

    Hello,
    I don't know when I will have time to do it.
    I have ideas, but have other issues in the loader which prevent me from adding new features (compiled file size limit seems to be reached).
    It's still "planed" as in "I hope to do it one day", but don't expect it done soon. or maybe ever. It will depend what my priorities are in the future.

    Understandable. Didn't realize there was a file size limit. If you get that figured out, and have the time, I can help out with this feature. If you are able to get a basic template going (scan for zips in rom folder and display in game list as a RetroArch mode), I can take it from there.

    What I would do initially is:

    Recompile RetroArch to accept arguments.
    Pass the Rom names to it to load.
    Display the Boxart by filename.

    Once that is good to go i'd:

    Allow custom rom path.
    Add cheats to menu (as RetroArch support it)
    Load Rom Name from a clrmamepro dat (i.e. No-Intro)
    Display the Boxart by checksum of game in clrmamepro dat
    Intergrate any relivent menu items from RetroArch
    Disable RetroArch's UI.
    Add per Rom core type to settings menu
