Nand emulation is still problematic with larger VC Games like Mario Party 2, King of Fighters 97, Samurai Shodown IV, and so on.  And there are issues with Wiiware games, many unable to use Wifi, some have loading and graphical issues.

If USB Loader GX was fixed to work with SNEEK/UNEEK/neek2o for the nand emulation, these problems would be fixed.

If people choose USB Loader GX is by its fantastic GUI, options and more, we want our wiiware and VC titles in USB Loader GX with their description, covers with 100% compatibility as in Wiiflow, but wiiflow sucks, I prefer USB Loader GX, please, give support for neek2o, some people want it, we appreciate your hard work in this homebrew, thanks.

    Sorry by my bad english.

Some VC/WiiWare work on emuNAND only with these cIOS, but it has more restrictions than d2x (first partition, no subfolder, no partialMode (but not needed for channels), HDD 512b/sector (no 3TB HDD), no IOS reload block or any d2x features)

    I didn't check neek2o yet.

Basically you install (neek2o-Realnand)-Channel wad on wii (real nand), set up you nand dump for wiiware or v-console On hdd in subfolder or root of drive, go to gx tick the option in gx for wii (real nand) channels, find neek2o (easier if you download covers etc.) and change the neek2o channel setings to boot 236 ios. bingo neek2o boots.  Note-black screen 10-20 seconsds.

You'll Also find that installing wads with multi mod manager Works best.

I promiss im not making this up. it works for me, if i can i'll post a vid to prove it.

Now you have just cleared it up for me, you just meant installing the forwarder channel and using a nand dump on your hdd...

As Explaned above  back support for cIOS rev17+ is being applied, i think rev 19 is good for most games but i have not tested this back support yet so cant confirm.

Forgive me if I ask a dumb question, but couldn't users just install cIOS rev17 to, say, IOS 217 (think that one is still free) and USB Loader GX check for its existence there and automatically run VC/WW from there? Or, even better, instead of a global IOS function, break it down into "Games IOS" and "VC/WW IOS" so users can select a more suitable IOS to run each?

Of course not everybody is and idiot like me and has lots of different versions of cIOS on lots of different bases, but I think one more wouldn't hurt end users. Much.

Would love to see USB Loader GX be able to do this, because I like its channel browser a lot more than Wiiflow's.

Show me a video of someone launching and playing a Konami Rebirth game directly from USB Loader GX's EmuNAND channel browser, because that cannot currently be done.

For anyone coming across this down the line, this is no longer an issue, and should probably be closed- USB Loader GX has supported loading as neek EmuNANDs for some time. Just change the Emunand type to "neek" in Game Settings, and make sure you have the required neek emunand kernel files on your storage device.
