What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start USB Loader
2. Browse through games, when reached letter 'G'
3.Code Dump

What revision of USB Loader GX are you using? (exact number, don't say
"latest") [r938]
On what operating system (IOS/Firmware/System)? IOS 4.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Note: Please avoid attaching too big files if not really needed.

Look if you do have a game cover or disk image corrupted (black bottom, uncomplete image).
