CHECK IF YOUR ISSUE ALREADY EXISTS BEFORE MAKING A NEW ONE. "USE SEARCH"
Please give here as much information as you can.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Bad download 3D cover (You could probably put a defect image manualy).
2.In list view: Hover with the wiimote cursor over the title, or select
the title with the arrow keys.
3.USB Loader GX crashes and shows some dump screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the 3D cover on the left. Get crash with dump screen instead.

What revision of the USB Loader GX are you using? 849
On what operating system (IOS/Firmware/System)? 4.1US Waninoko's IOS 38
rev15, Hermes IOS 222/223 rev4 (default in the loader)

Please provide any additional information below.
I could solve the problem by attatching the usb drive to my computer, and
go to the title's 3D cover in the 3D covers folder.  The cover image was
only half downloaded (the image was visible on the upper 1/3, the rest on
the bottom was blank white).  After deleting the image, the game showed
the regular cover fine in list view without a crash.

I seem to be having a similar problem with the scrolling of the games.  After
scrolling on whatever view I use I get a dump screen.  If I remove the SD card with
no images it works fine.  I've read other post that mention it being possibly a bad
image.  How can I go about finding out which image is causing the problem and where
can I download the correct image or images.  I'm downloading directly to the SD card
using USB Loader.  Is there any other way to download images and put the on the SD card.

The image has downloaded from the USB loader GX, and he cover image was

I put the SD in the PC, and erase thepicture manually, and it works fine!!!

    jordimonik,

You should put your SD in your computer (or connect your usb HD if you're
downloading the images to yoru USB directly) and look at the SD\images folder in
thumbnail view.  This will allow you to see right away the half blank image by
quickly looking at all images.  Don't forget to also check the subfolders for bad
    images as well.

As for downloading the images manualy and putting them on the SD directly, this is
possible but a pain in the ass and a waste of time.  A corrupted image directly
downloaded from USB loader is a once in a long time glitch.  It might happen if you
loose connectivity with the server in the middle of downloading the image or similar
problems.  Just delete the bad images and download the images again directly from
USB Loader GX.  I have about 75 games which means 225 images (2D, 3D and Disc image
per game), and this happened to me just once with one image.

    Good luck.

About "bad cover" or "corrupted cover": Can it be possible to add a "Try .... Catch (...)" routine when loading the image to avoid crash when Usbloader read corrupted file ?

The soft could then delete the bad cover file if it detect corrupted file.

This could solve definitivly this "bug".

    Thanks
