#1123 WiiTDB.zip does not download again for 240+ games after r787

Please give here as much information as you can.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Used 4 Wiis, all have same issue
2.Tried starting with fresh SD card and latest apps on card with no config
folder
3.Tested different releases, [r787] is the last one that will download
wiitdb.zip when wii has more than 240 games. [r789] will not download
wiitdb.zip and I was unable to test [r788] since it was not available.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
wiitdb.zip should download on releases after [r787]
What revision of the USB Loader GX are you using? (exact number, don't say
"latest") [r833]
On what operating system (IOS/Firmware/System)? 4.2u
Please provide any additional information below.
Note: Please avoid attaching too big files if not really needed.
