Hi Gianni. From what I recall when I last checked the code, it isn't. I'm working on an updated version of the userspace tools with some updates on the driver side. I haven't had much free sparetime in the last months, but it is on my todo list. My work on the code should resume soon.
Please, have a look at https://github.com/Oxalin/usbip_windows for any progress. Also, if you could add your question as a feature request, I could probably work on it as a priority when I'll get back at coding.
