usbip err: stub_server.c: 433 (help)

Hi.

I like to ask more details about the following error msg, when doing the command 'usbipd -D':

# usbip err: stub_server.c: 433 (do_standalone_mode) open usb.ids

What is the meaning of this message?

I tried to

# ./configure -with-usbids-dir=/dir

but the error still appearing.

What can I do to correctly compile/install the usbip package?

I'm using the latest usbip svn code and the modules from the (target) kernel (2.6.33).
The compiling environment is Debian Lenny.

I was doing something wrong when copying the usb.ids file.

It is working now correctly without the error msg.
