All is u need for launch urtstat:
  Download and install ubuntu packge or from source (see below).
  Create a symlink for u game file like
    sudo ln -s  /usr/local/games/fps/urbanterror/urbanterror4.1_x86_86 /usr/bin/ut4

How to complile from source:
  download ubuntu.tar.gz package
  ubuntu.tar.gz contain all is u need for create custom packages for slackware, fedora, etc.
