When I submit a request, I receive the error:
Error GETing https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals?removals.s=1000: Can't connect to www.google.com:443 (Bad hostname 'www.google.com') at urlremove. pl line 141

Deleting. The issue was with the environment variable which is set up for x86 OS and not the x64 location. I adjusted and fixed it.

I don't get this on my host but that doesn't mean it's not my fault... I think it's a windows vs linux issue, since I'm in linux and your'e in windows.
