#13 DND information format issue
There are different DND formats in the text strings you
can get, dropping from a ftp window in nautilus will
return just the plain URL, dropping from galeon has
url\nfilename format, where you have the complete URL
and a newline code between the filename on the end. So
it's not just a straight matter of each URL being
dropped coming in the same way, you've also got to
think about URL's which are NOT dropped, those which
are already in the interface and are properly parsed
already, the data needs to be in a consistent format OR
to be understood correctly.

It's kinda fixed for now rather than completely, cause you
could come across new formats you didnt expect and have to
add new code to handle them, but it'll now handle url's that
are dropped which have a url\nfilename format, it'll also
now replace %20 (" ") with a space and %26 with an ampersand
("&"). So any other of these %num strings I'll just have to
fix as I go.
