Let see if I understand you correctly:
 "txd, rxd, rts and cts lines to tck, tdi, tdo and tms" which is
TXD goes to TDI
RXD goes to TDO
TCK goes to RTS
TMS goes to CTS

Which is interesting because I came across this page while waiting for
