Hi. I'm trying to get some distance data from the sensor, URG-04LX-F01.
Why does the URG-04LX-F01 return the zero-distance outputs in normal mode?
I’ve searched previous topics associated with this on this forum, and I found there were same questions happened already. But, there were not clear responses to resolve it yet. Is there anybody who can help me?
My connection settings are as follows:
- USB 2.0 connection
- 115.2Kbps of baudrate (COM port of host pc is set to same baudrate with sensor.)
- Win 7 64bit OS
- 12V supplied from mobile robot battery

It is not clear. What do you mean by "zero-distance outputs"?
Do you use any library or software?
What do you mean by "normal mode"?
