#30 Overlib is buggy

[Spearhead]

Overlib is terribly buggy:
- Crosssite scripting-prone
- Blinking msgs after clicking on a link
- Unable to position msgs, so msgs appear beyond the screen edge
- crappy syntax in smarty

Solution:
Stop using overlib and switch back to the old lib
